Online Payment Setup
SETTING UP AN ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR YOUR WEBSITE

With Online Payment system, your customers will be able to pay for SMS on your platform using their ATM card. We have already configured the whole system to work effectively to handle such payments: However, you are required to activate it on your platform by yourself. We will show you the simple step that you need to take to get this working.

Go to www.voguepay.com and click on the “Sign up” button. Once the sign up form appears, fill-out the registration form properly. Where you have “Account Type” select ‘Business Membership‘. Where you have “Referrer Username or Email” enter “chiakwelu@gmail.com“. After submitting the form, go to your email address that your filled in and click on the confirmation link. Login to Voguepay using the email address and password that you registered with.

Once you are logged in, the homepage will display as shown below.
Now copy the Merchant ID found on the left side of the page as shown on the image above.
Now go back to your website, login and click on “Admin Control Panel” under the Admin Menu. After that, click on “Voguepay Merchant ID” as shown below.
Edit that section by clicking on the pencil icon; change the Merchant ID with the one you copied from your account on Voguepay. After that, save changes.
Lastly, go back and click on “settings” under the Admin Menu. Scroll down to where you have Voguepay Merchant ID and select your Merchant ID. Save the settings and then you are done.
By default, Voguepay only enabled VISA card payment. Your customers who are using Mastercard will not be able to make payment. You will need to contact Voguepay to enable Mastercard and Verve payment. To contact Voguepay, simply go to their website (voguepay.com) and click on “Contact us”. You may be required to submit some documents before they can proceed.
